My design process prioritizes a deep understanding of user needs. Through qualitative research, co-creation, and ideation, I generate diverse perspectives and innovative concepts. These ideas evolve into tangible solutions through wireframing and prototyping, validated by usability testing. Iteration, guided by user feedback and data insights, refines designs in a meticulous, empathy-driven approach, aligning end products with business objectives and empowering users.

I generally work within Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design frameworks, and always cater my approach and additional methodologies and activities to the unique needs of the project. I'm seasoned in Agile environments and have navigated nebulous environments like startups and enterprise companies in the midst of switching from waterfall to agile.
As for tools. I love Figma! I'm also well versed in other prototyping tools like Sketch, and collaborative software like Miro, Mural, and Figjam. I typically use Adobe Creative Suite for visual assets.
